The Boston School of Boabom is a community of teachers specializing in the Arts of Boabom, a teaching based on an ancient system of relaxation, meditation, breathing, and defense with origins going back to pre-Buddhist Tibet.

We are working together to create a positive and respectful environment that is open to everyone who is interested in learning these Arts.

Benjamin Kelley
Ben is a Senior Instructor of Boabom and Seamm Jasani, and the Director of The Boston School of Boabom.

A key member of the team that translated the book “The Secret Art of Seamm-Jasani” into English, Ben holds Bachelor's degrees in Art History and English from the University of Michigan.

Heather Lance
Heather is an Instructor of Boabom and Seamm Jasani at The Boston School of Boabom.

Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies from Bard College and a Master's degree of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture. She practices Japanese and Chinese Acupuncture styles, and is board certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine. She is currently pursuing post-graduate training at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.

Ryan Midura
Ryan is an Instructor of Boabom and the coordinator of the introductory classes taught on Saturdays at The Boston School of Boabom.

Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from Northeastern University.

Rick Kelley
Rick has been a student of Boabom for the past 6 years, and a certified assistant teacher of Boabom for the past year.

Rick was born and has always lived in the Boston Area; he has worked in the Information Technology business for 43 years. He is married, has two children, loves golf and bicycling, and has participated in both the Boston Marathon and the Pan Mass Challenge.

Reuven Fein-Barsegian
Reuven has been a certified assistant teacher of Boabom for the past year.

Reuven has been working in the Software Engineering for 20 years, and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science. He is a founder of Fein Academy for Fitness and Art classes for kids, and holds a Second degree in Reiki. He is married, has two children, and is interested in esoteric studies.
